This spell lifts the designated target high into the air and starts them spinning in three directions at once, at highly variable speed.  While airborne, the victim must make a Concentration skill check to perform any action, and will be so dizzy that, even after landing, a Fortitude Save must be made to throw off the effect.

The material component of this spell is a piece of thistle-down.
